Ergo uses InsureMO DevOps platform to deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads, and resources like Deployments, Pods, Services, IngressRoutes etc., the Kubernetes environments are installed on AWS EC2 infrastructure, fronted by AWS Application Load Balancer for listener configs and request forwarding, and employed AWS Route53 for DNS mapping for the environment domains. The InsureMO DevOps service are deployed in two AWS Availability Zones for HA, the Kubernetes cluster which hosts the InsureMO DevOps are setup with three masters in 3 AZs for HA, and fronted by AWS Network Load Balancer as the Kubernetes master LB address. InsureMO DevOps integrates with Kubernetes, and can easily deploy and management workloads, services, database scripts, bizassets etc. thus streamline the CD workflow.

Aimed to become the most trusted – leading life insurance company, MB Ageas Life implements the “omni channel” development strategy.

 

Use Case: MB Ageas uses InsureMO Gemini to develop their insurance products and relies on InsureMO DevOps to deliver their applications and user interfaces. Also they can employ InsureMO DevOps to deliver their configured products to runtime environments with ease. The configured products can be exported to Git repositories and then go through the CI / CD process to streamline the version control and deployment process. The InsureMO DevOps CI process will build the product configuration data into Docker images, push the images to JFrog Artifactory, which is hosted on AWS EC2 instance, with AWS MySQL RDS as the database service. Then the InsureMO DevOps platform will trigger the CD process, which will deploy the images to run on Kubernetes clusters as jobs, and the running Pods will execute the scripts and deploy the product data to the target environments. With the help on InsureMO DevOps, the “non-techie” business and consultants personnel can configure the product data, then use the InsureMO DevOps platform to deploy the product configurations to their target environments, which can help streamline the whole process.
