Welcome to the InsureMO Site (https://insuremo.com and the associated web pages and sites, collectively the “InsureMO Site”). InsureMO Corporation Pte. Ltd. and/or its affiliates (“InsureMO”, “we” or “us”) provides the InsureMO Site to you subject to the following terms of use (the “Site Terms”). By visiting the InsureMO Site, you accept the Site Terms. Please read them carefully as they will be binding upon you and InsureMO.

ACCOUNT

You undertake and confirm that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password for the InsureMO Site, and for all activities occurred under your account. If you believe that your password has been compromised or your account has been used by others, please notify us immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents included in or made available through the InsureMO Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, data and documents, is the exclusive property of InsureMO or its content suppliers, and is protected by the applicable copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property right and unfair competition laws internationally. USE OF THE SITE

Subject to the Site Terms, InsureMO grants you a limited license to access and make use of the InsureMO Site. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the InsureMO Site and/or other services provided by InsureMO if you violate any of the prohibitions stated below.

As a condition for using the InsureMO Site, you agree not to:
(i) damage, disable, overburden, or impair the InsureMO Site or any other party’s use of the InsureMO Site;
(ii) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the InsureMO Site, any other website, or the internet;
(iii) reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble any code or software from or on the InsureMO Site;
(iv) obtain or attempt to obtain any information, material or document not purposely made available by the InsureMO Site through any means;
(v) send spam, phish, perform a web crawl or the like;
(vi) perpetrate any fraud;
(vii) violate any local, federal or international law statute, ordinance or regulation as applicable;
(viii) use the InsureMO Site for any other unlawful purpose.

You also agree not to upload, post, or transmit via the InsureMO Site any content that:
(i) is misleading, harmful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, offensive, violent, indecent, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, libellous, racially, ethnically, religiously, or other content that is unlawful or objectionable;
(ii) contains viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the InsureMO Site, any other website, or the internet;
(iii) infringes any right of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property right, privacy right, etc.) whether knowingly or unknowingly;
(iv) constitutes unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

InsureMO has no obligation to monitor your visit or use of the InsureMO Site. However, InsureMO reserves the right to review all contents and materials posted to the InsureMO Site and to remove any contents or material in its sole discretion.

InsureMO reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as InsureMO deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in InsureMO’s sole discretion.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless InsureMO from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the InsureMO Site and/or your violation of the Site Terms.

The InsureMO Site may contain or provide links to third-party websites or resources which are for convenience only. If you decide to leave the InsureMO Site and access such third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. You understand and agree that InsureMO provides no commitment, representation or endorsement whatsoever for such third-party websites, and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such third-party websites, and InsureMO is not liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of your use of any of such websites.

WARRANTIES

ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE INSUREMO SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INSUREMO DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE RELIABILITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE INSUREMO SITE, OR THE ABILITY TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR NEEDS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREMO WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THE INSUREMO SITE OR ANY USE OF THE INSUREMO SITE. THESE EXCLUSIONS INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE, OR THE VIOLATION OF YOUR RIGHTS BY ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF INSUREMO IS EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

If you use any current or future services, content or other materials provided or powered by InsureMO, you also will be subject to the online General Terms and Conditions, subscription order form or other agreements governing your use of our services. MODIFICATIONS

InsureMO reserves the right to modify the Site Terms from time to time and at any time with or without notice to you. If you don’t like any changes, you may cease visiting the InsureMO Site at any time. Your continued use of the InsureMO Site after the date of the modifications shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Site Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the Site Terms shall be governed by laws of the Republic of Singapore, and shall be submitted to and settled by arbitration in Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its then in effect arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
